Cabbage Soup Diet
The Cabbage Soup Diet is a very efficient way to lose weight. If followed properly, a person can and will lose all the weight that they wish to. With some willpower to succeed and a few minor sacrifices you will be successful .You must follow the steps of this wonderful diet plan and add some mild exercise and in no time at all you are able to notice great changes.
Although everyone is different with the rate at which they lose weight you will find the Cabbage Soup Diet is not as hard as it may seem, soon you will begin to notice the difference in the way you look and feel.
What to Expect
The Cabbage Soup Diet is a seven day diet plan. You may expect at least a ten pound Fast Weight Loss per week. It is a low-fat, high-fiber diet. You must stick to the diet as written exactly or it will fail. You can if you wish repeat this Cabbage Soup Diet every other week for a month then you must give it a break for at least a month before trying it again.
You should go on another proper diet in the meantime. Do not stay on the Cabbage Soup Diet for longer than the seven day period as it can be harmful to your health. Be sure before starting any diet program you should consult your doctor.
Many people are confused about the terminology of the “Cabbage Soup Diet” thinking that it only means cabbage and a few tasteless vegetables. They could not be more wrong. In reality it is actually a very nutritious soup.
Cabbage Soupe Ingredients
The ingredients consist of onions, green peppers, tomatoes, carrots, mushrooms, celery, cabbage, soup mix, tomato juice and seasonings. You may add all the spice you wish with the exception of salty or salty products. Make sure that your constitution can handle the spicy ingredients. A person may spray the bottom of the pot with cooking spray if they choose to or just use a very small amount of butter, margarine or oil to sauté some of the vegetables. Let this pot of nutritious, body slimming vegetable combination soup cook slowly for about two hours or until the vegetables are as soft as you like to eat them.
Every day have as much of the soup that you want along with the daily food structure. Remember though that you must have the cabbage soup every day or this diet will not work. Consume as much of the delicious soup as you want. There is no limit to how much of it you may have daily.
7 Day Weight Loss Diet Plan
Day 1: all fruit except bananas
Day 2: all vegetables raw or cooked. This includes a baked potato with very little butter
Day 3: fruits and vegetables, no potatoes or bananas,
Day 4: eight bananas and eight glasses of skim milk,
Day 5: beef, skinless chicken and/or fish, twenty ounces total. Also you can eat up to six tomatoes,
Day 6: skinless chicken, beef, and/or fish. Twenty ounces total. Eat your vegetables and drink eight glasses of water,
Day 7: brown rice, vegetables and unsweetened fruit juice.
You will be amazed at the Cabbage Soup Diet and the scale will show a loss of weight. Studies have shown that most individuals will lose pounds very quickly with this program.
