There are numerous plans and programs out there that can ensure Fast Weight Loss. The majority of these plans are to jump start you on your new journey to get healthy. A person must be careful when choosing a plan for Fast Weight Loss, as adverse affects may start as soon as the first day. If you are a person who normally consumes a lot of calories, you can expect a certain amount of discomfort when you stop them abruptly.
There are actual side effects that can occur such as, headaches, vomiting, diarrhea, anxiety, heart palpitations just to mention a few. With Fast Weight Loss, your body suffers an actual withdrawal, depending on your food addiction. Some people may not have any withdrawal symptoms at all, others may experience one or all of them.

Although everyone is different, there will a significant weight loss if you stick to it without any cheating. There is no need for exercise during this time as you may become week the first few days, but feel free if you are up to it. Consume any liquid without sugar, using a replacement is okay. I find that tomato juice or buttermilk is rather filling. If you decide to use a protein drink, be sure it is without carbs and sugar. Use honey and lemon as often as you wish and remember to take some multi vitamins.
Fast Diet and Diet Food
The next Fast Weight Loss experiment is the high protein and no carbohydrate diet. You will lose weight just as fast on this diet but as a short term unless, you choose to continue on to another phase of the diet. With this diet food is allowed and is actually good for you, but only for the two weeks and you must stop.
Quick Weight Loss and Lemon Detix Diet
Finally the last Fast Weight Loss diet is the Lemon Detox Diet. This diet helps to eliminate and cleanse the body. There is a gentleman on record that has used this diet for a fast, for eighty three days and on the last day he was still eliminating a mud like substance after eating no solid food. Of course that was extreme and he almost died but we won’t be doing that here. After two weeks of any of these Fast Weight Loss diets you must remember not to jump right in to solid food again, it will cause you to be really ill. Take things at a slower pace and enjoy the success.
